Biography: Mr. Dubin graduated from Emory University with a degree in Psychology and received his law degree from Temple University School of Law. After several years of practicing in the litigation department of a prestigious center city law firm, in 1998 Mr. Dubin joined the Firm’s litigation department. Mr. Dubin’s practice is concentrated in commercial litigation. He represents national, regional and local businesses, both large and small, and individuals, in state and federal courts throughout the country. In addition, Mr. Dubin has significant experience in employment litigation matters, Orphans' Court litigation and representing customers in arbitrations against stockbrokers and broker/dealers before the New York Stock Exchange, National Association of Securities Dealers, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as well as in federal court. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Dubin is a Board Observer of Federation Early Learning Services (FELS). |
