Biography: Ms. Isztwan concentrates her practice in intellectual property and technology law. She counsels clients on a variety of matters including the commercialization of new technologies, the sale and acquisition of intellectual property, e-commerce ventures, technology development and license agreements and the creation and protection of intellectual property rights. Ms. Isztwan also has extensive experience in trademark and copyright matters. Over the years, she has managed large trademark portfolios for a broad range of clients, including those in the apparel, beverage, technology, financial and publishing industries.

Ms. Isztwan is a cum laude graduate of Harvard University and received her law degree from Fordham University School of Law. Following law school, she practiced intellectual property law at two New York City law firms. Immediately prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Isztwan was an attorney in the intellectual property group of a major Philadelphia law firm.
