Biography: Ms. Sellei’s practice covers a wide range of business-related matters, including business transactions, corporate finance, securities, commercial and residential real estate, contracts and general business counseling. Ms. Sellei counsels a wide range of small to midsize entrepreneurial businesses, for whom she provides comprehensive legal and business advice, from formation of an appropriate entity to advising clients on potential exit strategies. Ms. Sellei is a member of the Board of Directors of Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, a past member of the Board of Directors of The Clay Studio in Philadelphia and the Storybook Musical Theater in Abington, PA, and a frequent speaker on copyright, contracts and other legal issues affecting artists and entertainers. Ms. Sellei is a graduate of Boston University School of Law and Wesleyan University. Following graduation from law school, she practiced labor, employment and corporate law in two large Philadelphia law firms. Immediately prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Sellei was an attorney in the corporate and securities law department of a Fortune 100 company based in Philadelphia. |
