Biography: Ms. Voci concentrates her practice in general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Ms. Voci has represented international, national, regional and local businesses, both large and small, and individuals. She has significant experience in representing buyers and sellers of businesses, lenders and borrowers in commercial loan transactions and companies and institutional investors in private placements and other capital raising transactions. Ms. Voci also has significant experience in structuring new ventures. She is well versed in limited liability company and partnership law and has experience with the formation and registration of non-profit organizations.

Ms. Voci graduated cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance in 1994. She received her law degree from New York University School of Law and was an Article & Note Editor for the School’s Journal of International Law & Politics. Prior to joining the Firm’s Corporate Department in 2006, Ms. Voci practiced corporate law as a partner at a major Philadelphia law firm.

Ms. Voci was named a 2005 and 2006 Pennsylvania “Rising Star” by Philadelphia Magazine.
