Ms. Marriott began practicing law at a large law firm in Philadelphia and joined the firm of Semanoff Ormsby Greenberg & Torchia, LLC in 2000. Ms. Marriott concentrates her practice on commercial and residential real estate transactions, with a focus on acquisitions, sales and leasing, and represents clients in business transactions, corporate finance, real estate development and estate planning.
