Biography: Mr. Rosenbloom’s practice concentrates on representing both emerging and established businesses in complex corporate, transactional, tax and real estate matters. Mr. Rosenbloom regularly advises clients on asset and stock acquisitions, commercial agreements and transactions, private equity offerings, licensing agreements, business formations and capitalization, turnarounds, cross-border joint ventures, commercial real estate matters, and tax-exempt organizations. Mr. Rosenbloom has lectured and written on numerous legal topics relating to his practice area. His articles have appeared in leading journals, including The Journal of Internet Law, SMU Computer Law Review and Technology Journal and The Exempt Organization Tax Review. Mr. Rosenbloom has lectured before organizations such as the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executives Group (GPSEG), A.G. Edwards, and is a guest lecturer at the Drexel University Baiada Center for Entrepreneurship in Technology, where he educates entrepreneurs and emerging businesses on various legal issues. Mr. Rosenbloom serves on the boards of the Settlement School of Music (Jenkintown) and the Play Rugby Foundation, Inc. In representing his clients, Mr. Rosenbloom draws on his extensive business background and life experiences to provide dedicated and quality counsel. Many of his clients look to him as both a lawyer and a trusted business advisor. In both 2005 and 2006, Mr. Rosenbloom was honored by his peers by being recognized as a “Pennsylvania Rising Star” in a joint project of Law & Politics Magazine and Philadelphia Magazine. |
