Biography: Ms. Rosenstock concentrates her practice in commercial litigation and corporate matters. She represents local, regional, national, and international organizations, as well as individuals in various business transactions and commercial litigation.

Ms. Rosenstock received her J.D. magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center in 2006 and is a member of the Order of the Coif. She graduated magna cum laude from The George Washington University, Elliot School of International Affairs, with a B.A. in International Affairs and Minor in Peace Studies.

Prior to joining the firm in June 2008, Ms. Rosenstock was an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of a large international law firm. While in law school, Ms. Rosenstock clerked in the offices of two United States Senators, and has also worked for several non-profit organizations.
